John Talabot feat. Pional - So Will Be Now [download] 

Spanish producer John Talabot puts out some very diverse and innovative sounds with this mysterious sounding, dark, and highly praised album of 2012 called Fin.  His sounds to me are reminiscent of Moderat with a tinge of Nosaj Thing, and one song on the album, “Journeys” even reminded me of Animal Collective vibe… clearly all over the map with regard to electronic music.

This track, “So Will Be Now” is some awesome deep house, which is probably my one of my all time favorite subgenre of electronica. It reminds me of Art Department, and I love this exact dark-but-not-too-dark, brand of deep house. Many thanks to my friend Liz for introducing me to this talented Spaniard. Go deep.
